Carleton College Music Hall, Northfield, Minnesota
This historic building, built in 1914, is an interesting project in that it combines three different roof systems: EPDM (rubber), Built-Up (BUR), and tile. The varying pitches of the roof made safety a particular challenge, which was addressed by erecting scaffolding around the exterior of the building. This created efficiencies allowing the job to move faster. Copper trim and gutters, made by our in-house Sheet Metal department, complete the look.
