The Project Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Operations and Finance team in daily functions related to roofing and sheet metal construction projects, with an emphasis on ensuring all administrative tasks related to Operations/Project Management are running smoothly.    

This position provides support by assisting the Operations/Service Manager and Finance team by helping with the project handoff process, service billings, accounts payable, and entering POs daily. 

Using a broad range of skills, the Project Coordinator will achieve goals by possessing the ability to prioritize and manage multiple duties while maintaining a high standard of quality and deadline management. The person in this position must be self-motivated, organized, an excellent communicator, and detail oriented.

Qualifications/Experience

• Strong 2D drafting capabilities using Bluebeam
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to change and adapt as needed to complete jobs on time, on budget, and to the customer’s specification and satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Takes pride in producing detail-oriented, high quality work
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and understands how to prioritize tasks
• Enjoys working independently and as a team in an entrepreneurial culture
• Adherence to job site construction, safety requirements, and all company policies, values, and ethics 
• Able to understand blueprints, roof geometry, layou,t and warranties
• Likes learning new things, takes initiative, and shows a willingness to work “outside the box” 
• Computer experience with the following software programs/types desirable but not required:  CRM software; Google Mail, Calendar, Drive, Google Sheets, and Docs.  If experience is missing, must have the ability to learn and utilize new software as it pertains to the position’s responsibilities
• Administrative work, including assisting the Service Manager in daily billings. 
• Commercial roofing knowledge is a plus

• The current standard company health and dental insurance coverage is supplied per company policy and extends to immediate family members.  Health benefits are 100% company paid ($15,420/yr).
• Mint Roofing also has a 401(k) plan available for employee contributions.  The Company also contributes based on profit goals each year.  Mint contributed 3% of each employee’s salary to their respective 401(k) since 2016.
